3，同样的是划线的没有说明，如果是对John划线提问，则

如果是对Canada划线提问则是
where does john comes from？
4，IS she always a good student? No，she isn't
5，Neither Simon nor Daniel like going skating（这个比较高级，用到了 neither...nor...的句式，如果楼主是初中生就用Simon and Daniel don't like skating）
